The Dog just won’t let me be great. It was already hard enough to get motivated to exercise Wednesday. All I wanted to do was eat and sleep. Yet, I forced myself to go to the track even with the high likelihood that it would rain. By the time I parked and got out of my car it had started misting. A quarter way around the track the mist turned to full on rain. Since I hadn’t met my exercise goal for the day I had to continue at home.
Let me be great!
I should’ve known better than to try to exercise with him on the loose. It’s bad enough any project I work on he thinks that he’s my assistant, or worse, the supervisor. But when I exercise he thinks it’s play time. Check it!

That’s it. That’s the post
