Here I am supposed to be working out but, I’m playing on the computer. My avoidance game is strong! It’s gotten harder and harder to motivate myself to get going. I guess if I can establish a pattern and not be interrupted with some crisis or another (that’s another post for another day), I could actually make some serious gains.

Instead, I seem to be in a perpetual state of starting over. Which isn’t going to work if I’m to be ready for the collapse of society. Y’all see the headlines. It’s a nightmare out there! No one is coming to save us.
